Terms & Conditions

Order and payment

At Victor’s plants, we offer several secure payment options. We recommend paying by debit or credit card, and we accept the following:

  • Visa

  • Visa Electron

  • MasterCard

We do not charge card fees. All prices are listed in Danish kroner (DKK) and include VAT.

For card payments, the amount is only charged once your order has been shipped.

For pre-orders, payment is only charged once the item arrives at our warehouse and is shipped to you.

Delivery and Pickup

We deliver to addresses in Denmark. Shipping rates start at 49 DKK.

Orders are shipped on weekdays, and you can expect delivery within:

  • 3-4 business days in Denmark

For pre-orders, items are shipped within 3–4 days in Denmark.

Orders are delivered to the selected pickup point or address provided during checkout, unless otherwise agreed.

 

If your chosen pickup location is full, your package will be redirected to the nearest available location, and you’ll be notified. For issues, please contact the carrier’s customer service.

Returns and Right of Withdrawal

You have a 30-day right of withdrawal from the date of receipt. To exercise this right, send a clear message to victor.francl@outlook.com including:

  • Name of the items you wish to return

  • Order number

  • Order and delivery dates

  • Your name and address

 

After notifying us, you have 7 additional days to return the item. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

Note: You cannot withdraw simply by refusing delivery without informing us.

 

If your order includes multiple items or shipments, the withdrawal period ends 30 days after receiving the final item.

Items must be delivered directly to this address—not to a pickup point. We do not accept cash-on-delivery shipments.

If you return part of a combined order, shipping costs will not be refunded.

Complaints

You have a 2-year right of complaint under Danish law. This covers defects in materials or manufacturing. Depending on the situation, you may receive a repair, replacement, refund, or price reduction.

The right of complaint does not cover damage caused by misuse. You must report defects within a “reasonable time” after discovering them. We cover reasonable return shipping costs.

Reimbursement

For reimbursements, please include your bank details (registration and account number) so we can transfer the agreed amount. These details can be safely sent via email—they are not sensitive and will only be used for the refund.

If you wish to file a complaint, please contact us first. If we cannot resolve the issue, you may submit a complaint to:

To file a complaint, the item or service must have cost between 1,110 DKK and 100,000 DKK (minimum 720 DKK for clothing and shoes). A fee applies.
